MOVILIDAD CON HUNGRÍA: Ciudadanía Digital

 En esta publicación os presentamos al alumnado y profesorado participante en la próxima movilidad con nuestros socios de Hungría.

Es una movilidad que se realiza a mediados de febrero y que lleva por título "Ciudadanía digital". 

Durante los cinco días, las actividades en orden cronológico son:

* Los estudiantes anfitriones guían a los estudiantes visitantes por la propiedad de la escuela.

* Ceremonia de apertura: Cada escuela presentará sus países, ciudades y escuelas.

* Los estudiantes juegan juntos a juegos para romper el hielo (dirigidos por un profesor de la escuela anfitriona).

* Visita a la ciudad.

* Reunión de trabajo de los profesores acompañantes para discutir temas relacionados con la gestión del proyecto.

* Taller: Test de la huella digital.

* Taller: Cómo ser un buen ciudadano digital.

* Los profesores acompañantes participarán en un taller con el tema "¿cómo controlamos el uso de internet y de los teléfonos móviles y otros dispositivos en nuestra escuela".

* Presentación de los productos finales.

* Evaluación de la actividad a través de un cuestionario creado con Google Forms.

METODOLOGÍA

Durante los cinco días se utilizarán diversos métodos educativos: lluvia de ideas, debates, trabajo en pequeño y gran grupo, juegos de conocimiento mutuo y de creación de equipos, conferencias, debates, simulaciones, ejercicios, teatro, juegos de rol, reflexiones y presentaciones.

Las actividades se centran en los participantes. Los métodos de trabajo utilizados por los formadores darán tiempo y espacio a los participantes para compartir sus propias

experiencias e intercambien ideas, así como para aprender de los demás.

Durante las sesiones, será muy importante mantener un ambiente positivo donde los participantes se sientan libres de expresarse.

Los productos finales serán: carteles, dibujos, una presentación Prezi, una presentación en vídeo (sobre todo el encuentro).

Las actividades se llevarán a cabo en aulas en las que se dispondrá de todo el equipamiento necesario (TIC, herramientas y materiales de manualidades, etc.), mientras que las actividades que requieran un espacio más amplio se llevarán a cabo en el gimnasio contiguo a la escuela.

Las actividades previstas para el encuentro están totalmente integradas en las actividades normales de la escuela de acogida.

BENEFICIOS PREVISTOS CON LA REALIZACIÓN DE ESTA ACTIVIDAD

Esperamos que todos los participantes mejoren sus conocimientos y habilidades en los siguientes campos:

* Conocer mejor otras culturas.

* Mejorar las habilidades de comunicación.

* Eliminar barreras y estereotipos.

* Trabajar activamente contra la discriminación.

* Ser más cosmopolita y abierto.

* Transformar las diferencias en algo bueno.

* Concienciar sobre la participación de las personas con discapacidad en actividades sociales, proyectos, etc.

* Encontrar soluciones/acciones que puedan ayudarles en la vida cotidiana.

* Sentirse libres para expresarse.

* Sentir que son "parte de la sociedad".

Los estudiantes participantes tendrán la oportunidad de aprender en nuevos contextos y realizar actividades en otras escuelas europeas

Los participantes procedentes de entornos desfavorecidos aumentarán su confianza y autoestima, lo que reducirá cualquier sensación de marginación.

El Documento de Movilidad Europass formará parte de la cartera personal de los participantes.

 DAY 3

We are in the last day of mobility in which we highlight the following activities.

Classroom prepared to receive our students.

Workshop led by DR Katalin Baracsi about "Cyberbullying and digital health". From the workshop we underline the advice Katalin gave us: "I would like to advise you also at the first point that you feel sorry, feel bad during the situation, ask for help, stop it, block it. And also, it's important that make screenshots...". A highlight of the workshop were the tips that the students collaboratively constructed on a Jamboard.

After the workshop we had a short break after which we did the following activities: Realisation of our good practices and closing of the mobility with participants' reflections and handing over of certificates.

We thank our Hungarian partners for their efforts in virtualising the activities of the programme and for the great success of each of the activities. Mobility with Hungary: Day 2

 DAY TWO

First participants of the second day of mobility.

We started the second day with the Workshop led by Dr. Katalin Baracsi which is entitled "Digital Cocktail: Apps, videogames and influencers". The session starts with a brainstorming session using the Mentimeter web app. We all have to write down our favourite word from the Internet. The application highlights those that have a higher frequency and therefore are common to the participants. Some of these were: like, share, wifi, communication, etc.

In the next activity Dr. Baracsi initiated a discussion to analyse which Social Network was the most popular by our students. The most popular one turned out to be Instagram. Some important aspects to highlight are the following:

• On Social Media, such as Instagram, keep your account private and only accept people you know.
• We must take care of the privacy of our data in our daily use when surfing the Internet. Our home address, date of birth or hobbies may seem irrelevant to us, but this is not the case. Our data is gold for all brands.
• Snapchat is currently one of the most popular apps for cyberbullying. 

Instagram is the application most used by our students.

Attila then gave a workshop to introduce and reflect on the very important topic of the digital footprint.

To check what we had learnt we reviewed with a fun Kahoot. These were some of the questions:

You send a personal picture to a friend online which you only want them to see. Is there anything you should consider?

Your friend regrets posting a particular picture and wants to take it down. Is that possible and how would they do that?

How long is your digital footprint visible for?

We congratulate the student Paul Galan from Romania, winner of this activity for his speed and assimilation of the knowledge related to fingerprinting.

Following the programme and related to good practices, we had the opportunity to present Unit 3: a cyberbullying prevention programme. It is based on a story by Begoña Ibarrola entitled "The Club of the Braves". This programme has been initiated in other Spanish schools with scientific evidence of success in improving coexistence. An article of its impact in a Spanish school was given to the partners to read and during the presentation they expressed their satisfaction and agreement to implement this good practice in our schools in the coming months.

The initial activity consists of reading the story or watching the video that Eva Moriel and Valeria Almodóvar recorded for us.

All good practice materials will be hosted on the corresponding page of the TwinSpace. This will be the space where each centre will upload its evidence of programme implementation. For dissemination we will use everything we have at our disposal.

The last part of the morning was to evaluate the day and give feedback to our partners. For the Spanish team it has been a very fruitful morning and we thank you for the high quality of the activities carried out. We are very proud of the great achievement and performance of our students and we will see you tomorrow at the closing ceremony!

2º día de movilidad en HUNGRÍA, desde nuestra BIBLIOTECA

Hoy en nuestro segundo día de MOVILIDAD con nuestro país anfitrión HUNGRÍA, los alumnos están aprendiendo con KATALIN BARACSI, sobre los riesgos de las app que pueden encontrar en sus dispositivos.

INSTAGRAM: es la más usada por los alumnos

que estaban hoy en la videoconferencia.

SNAPCHAT: parecido a Watsapp, pero el inconveniente,

es que desaparecen las imagenes al momento.

Es la app donde más ciberacoso existe.

TIC TOC: la plataforma más utilizada entre los jóvenes,

más de 2 millones de personas. Se puede usar a partir de los

13 años. Hay muchos retos para realizar que pueden

ser peligrosos. Esta red consigue muchos seguidores y es lo

que quieren los jóvenes.

AMONG US: es violento y se puede insultar a los participantes.

Una de las actividades finales que hemos tratado ha sido

un vídeo de un libro llamado "El club de los valientes"

(muy recomendable, la verdad) que han hecho

además todos los países.

Mobility with Hungary: Day 1

 DAY ONE

Today we had our first mobility day with our Hungarian partners. We have dressed the library with all the flags of the partners participating in our project.

We have given our students their accreditations and project bags. In this link you can access all the photos of this moment.

As usual, the first task was to introduce ourselves - we were delighted with the presentation of our host partners in Makó!

It was very emotional to see all our colleagues at the videoconference.

With a video we remembered the most important moments of Poland's mobility. It was very exciting!

Our Hungarian partners made use of Google technology to introduce us to the most important sights and monuments of their city in a virtual tour accompanied by presentations led by Attila and his students - it was like being there!

The evaluation of the day was very positive from everyone, thank you very much!

Hungarian Final Products - Starting Poland Good Practice

Through a video call we connect all the classes involved in the good practices. The students presented their work about Hungarian good practice. As we have mentioned in previous posts, they have produced posters with tips on how to detect fake images on the web.

STARTING POLAND GOOD PRACTICE

We started the good practice from Poland "Communication on the Internet". We presented the theoretical part of the topic which revolved around these two objectives:

1. To be encouraged to use the Internet safely.
2. Become familiar with the positive and negative aspects of Internet communication.

The contents and activities can be found in detail in the following presentation:

First activity: Without using verbal communication and simulating a WhatsApp conversation, the different classes talked about previously agreed topics. The aim was to reflect on when communication is best:

When we write or when we read.

When there is eye contact.

When we see emotions.

CONVERSATION 5º C

Generally speaking, all classes agreed that they like face-to-face communication better for the following reasons:

• It is not good to abuse screens.
• You know how the other person feels and you correct your own speech if you see that your partner is offended.
• You can relate and sense whether or not the receiver agrees with what is being said. If there is a problem, a constructive discussion can be established.
• Eye contact facilitates active listening.
• You adapt your responses according to the feelings and emotions you see in the other person.
• It helps our socialisation.
• Spelling mistakes and misunderstandings are avoided.

Recibida la formación teórica el alumnado de 5º E comienza su trabajo consistente en una presentación con consejos a seguir para detectar imágenes falsas en Internet.

Having received the theoretical training, the students of 5th grade E begin their work consisting of a presentation with advice to follow in order to detect fake images on the Internet.

Lo vamos a hacer con una presentación colaborativa de Google y como se puede ver en la siguiente imagen nos hemos organizado en parejas para abordar los consejos que queremos trabajar y transmitir a nuestros compañeros.

We are going to do it with a collaborative Google presentation and as you can see in the following image we have organised ourselves in pairs to tackle the advice we want to work on and transmit to our classmates.

La tarea de esta sesión consiste en seleccionar la plantilla que mejor se adecúe a nuestros propósitos, sintetizar el consejo en una o dos líneas, y comenzar los primeros pasos de edición. Preparing Hungary virtual mobility

Teachers coordinating the project we held an online meeting to discuss the following topics:

1. Monitoring of the activities from November to December 2020. We finished unit 1 with a big final product which was presented in previous entries of this blog. We are now developing the activities of the second unit about communication.

2. Cybermentor students: In the case of Spain students are investigating techno addictions. They received a theoretical training by an organization of Extremadura without profit motive and in this moment about ten students are doing the initial activities consisting of creating a logo, deciding the team name, writing in a diary all the things they know about the topic, and in the next weeks they will start a common presentation.

3. Brief explanation of the activities to be carried out during the month of January.

4. Preparation of Hungarian virtual mobility. Mobility will take place between the 2nd and 4th of March. Some of them will be: Sightseeing in Makó, presentations of each country, ice-breaking games, digital footprint test, workshops on topic how to become a good digital citizen. We will be lucky to have the cooperation of Dr. Baracsi Katalin who will do very interesting workshops about the topics of the mobility.

With the effort of all organizations we will achieve great results!
