Inicio de 6°B en el blog

El día 20 nos presentamos como "Cibermentores" y en resumen dijimos lo que sabíamos sobre las tecnoadicciones y por qué queremos ser "Cibermentores". Teacher Juan Antonio en breve hará una publicación con dichas presentaciones.

Traducción: On the 20th we presented ourselves as cybermentors and in summary we said what we knew about techno addictions and why we wanted to be cybermentors. Teacher Juan Antonio will write a post containing our presentations.

A continuación votamos para el nombre de los Cibermentores, lo hicimos así: Primero nos metimos en eScholarium para rellenar un cuestionario para votar un nombre. Había tres opciones: Cyberadictos, Los tecnoprofes y Los mentoadictos. Después, seleccionamos el que más nos gustó y lo enviamos. Cuando voten nuestros compañeros de 6º C publicaremos el nombre.

Traducción: Then we voted for the name of the Cybermentors, we did so that: First we got into eScholarium to fill out a questionnaire in which we got to vote on a name. There were three options: Cyberadictos, Los tecnoprofes y Los mentoadictos. Then we selected the one we liked the most and we sent it. We will publish the name of the team when our classmates of 6º C vote on a name.

Luego, Juan Antonio nos explicó cómo hacer el Diario de Aprendizaje, que por cierto es muy fácil de hacer. Como dos de nosotros ya lo hicimos en las vacaciones de Navidad, lo terminaron de hacer en la clase los otros dos compañeros con la ayuda de Eva y Juan Antonio. El Diario de Aprendizaje consiste en responder unas preguntas sobre las Tecnoadicciones para conocer nuestros conocimientos previos. ¡Fue muy divertido de hacer!

Traducción: Later, Juan Antonio explained us how to do the Learning Diary, which by the way is very easy to do. Since two of us already did it over Christmas holidays, the other two classmates finished doing it in the class with the help of Eva and Juan Antonio. The Learning Diary consists in answering some questions about technoadictions in order to know our previous knowledge on the topic. It was so much fun to do!

Y al final de la clase le entregamos a los teachers Juan Antonio y Eva los logos que hemos creado para que nos representen como equipo. Pronto tendremos un cuestionario para que votemos y elijamos el que más nos guste. Esperamos que os haya gustado este pequeño resumen de nuestra última clase.

Presentación trabajo cibermentores 6º A

Hoy ha sido el gran día.

Se han estrenado nuestros alumnos de 6º A con su tema sobre las FAKE NEWS.

En la sala han estado unas 80 personas escuchando su exposición, entre alumnos, teachers, familiares representante del CPR  y nuestro inspector Vicente Valero.

Gonzalo, Javier, Irene, Sara y Pacomio han estado muy tranquilos y han expuesto con claridad todo lo que han aprendido sobre el tema.

Estamos encantados con su trabajo, han sido unos CIBERMENTORES EXCELENTES.

Today was a great day!

Our 6th grade students have premiered with their theme about FAKE NEWS.

About 80 people have been listening to their presentation, including students , teachers, relatives, CPR representative and our inspector Vicente Valero.

Gonzalo, Irene, Sara, Javier and Pacomio have been very calm and have clearly explained everything they have learned on the subject.

En la clase de hoy, hemos realizado diferentes actividades:

• Hemos  revisado lo que ya teníamos hecho, corrigiendo los errores y pasándolo a limpio.
• Después el teacher nos dijo que teníamos que completar una presentación de google, que cada uno realizará sus diapositivas.
• Hemos programado hasta junio todas las clases.

In today's class, we have done different activities:

• We reviewed what we had already done, corrected the mistakes and do the final version of our work.
• Then the teacher told us that we had to complete a google presentation, that everyone will make their own slides but in a collaborative way.
• We have scheduled all classes until June.

Drive, Cyberbullying and Privacy

Today we have studied about how drive works with pupils of the 5th level. As we have mentioned in previous posts this tool is very important for us and for our project because it allows us to work in a collaborative way.

Pupils in the 6th level have started their final presentations about cyberbullying and privacy. We will follow the next calendar:

• Wednesday, 27th of May: We are finishing the presentation.
• Wednesday, 3rd of June: We'll do the oral presentation rehearsal.
• Wednesday, 10th of June: With Zoom Platform pupils will present their works to their classmates.
• Wednesday, 17th of June: Pupils and teacher will disseminate our final products in an eTwinning event.

Hoy los Cibermentores de 6º C hemos retomado nuestras sesiones de ciberseguridad con el profe Juan Antonio y la profe Eva a través de meet.

Juan Antonio nos ha enviado una solicitud de acceso al blog y ¡ahora tod@s somos blogueros! Esto nos ha hecho mucha ilusión ya que a todos nos entusiasma la idea de poder publicar en este blog. Nos ha ayudado a crearnos un perfil, y cómo nuestro tema es la ciberseguridad nos ha enseñado a configurarlo sin dar datos personales innecesarios.

Los profesores también nos han enseñado cómo agregar  páginas web a la barra de marcadores y así poder acceder mucho más rápido a sitios web como este.

Por último hemos aprendido a manejar Hangout y así poder comunicarnos entre profesores y compañeros desde nuestras cuentas de Educarex.

Para la próxima sesión todos tendremos que ponernos una foto oficial en nuestros perfiles de educarex y daremos nuestra opinión en el blog sobre esta sesión en este post o una nueva publicación que creemos.

ENGLISH VERSION

Cybermentors of 6º C have resumed our cybersecurity sessions with our teachers Juan Antonio and Eva using Meet Platform for videoconferences.

Juan Antonio has sent us a request for access to the blog and now we are all bloggers! This has made us all very excited about the idea of being able to publish on this blog. It has helped us to create a profile, and how our theme is cybersecurity has taught us to set it up without giving out unnecessary personal data.

Teachers have also taught us how to add web pages to the bookmarks bar so that websites like this one can be accessed much faster.

Finally, we have learned how to manage Hangout so that we can communicate between teachers and classmates from our Educarex accounts.

For the next session we will all have to put an official photo on our educarex profiles and give our opinion on the blog about this session in this post or a new publication that we believe.

Cybermentors 6º B stay and work at home

Hoy hemos retomado nuestro trabajo con nuestros alumnos cibermentores de 6º B. Partiendo del trabajo previo hemos conseguido garantizar la continuidad de este emocionante proyecto. Con la ayuda de los profes se han repartido fuentes bibliográficas que los alumnos leerán, resumirán y plasmarán en un documento colaborativo.

En los próximos días continuaremos con los grupos de 6º A y 6º C.

Today we have resumed our work with our 6th grade Cybermentors. Based on the previous work we have managed to guarantee the continuity of this exciting project. With the help of the teachers, we have distributed bibliographic sources that the students will read, summarize, and capture in a collaborative document.

Estas fotos representan la primera sesión con los alumnos cibermentores de 6º A. Están dando sus primeros pasos en su investigación hacia las "Fake News". Para ello estamos activando una herramienta muy importante como son las cuentas de Educarex. Ellas nos permitirán hacer todos nuestros trabajos colaborativamente.

Comenzamos la fase de investigación. Cada miembro del equipo de alumnos cibermentores de 6º B se encarga de investigar sobre un contenido. En un documento de Google compartimos nuestros hallazgos y construimos colaborativamente el marco teórico de nuestra investigación.

Canal Extremadura entrevista a los alumnos cibermentores. Es otra magnífica oportunidad para dar a conocer nuestras actuaciones en materia de ciberseguridad.

We continue to work with the..."Leaflets"

Our 6th C students are still working on the leaflets.  There have been some questions to be resolved and they have resolved them among themselves.  

The cybermentors have started their training sessions. During the next months they will prepare themselves on privacy issues on the net and all their learning will be at the service of their peers. Today we have prepared the technological tools that will allow us to work collaboratively on the Internet. A shared space has been created on Google Drive where students and teachers will soon start to deal with interesting files.

Cyber - guides

Cyber - guides, is another of the pillars of the project that contributes to equal opportunities for all participants and with innovative character includes several agents of the educational community in the processes of teaching - learning of our students.

Within our Erasmus project this activity is included in what we call in our application "cultural activities". It aims to give participants the opportunity to know and learn about each country, its culture, geography, cities, heritage and traditions; to give the opportunity to talk, compare and exchange all these cultural aspects. We believe that the best way to carry out this task is through a service-learning methodology and peer-to-peer learning.  

The activity is also justified within the program "Junior Emprende" of the Junta de Extremadura that our school participated in previous courses and that this year we take up again with great enthusiasm. Among the objectives it pursues are:

• To discover and promote entrepreneurial skills in a transversal way (creativity, autonomy, teamwork...)
• To encourage a methodology based on project learning.
• To facilitate the creation of a network of teachers.
• To encourage students' interest in their environment and their ability to intervene in it.
• To work on the basis of meaningful learning to encourage the generalization of what has been learned.

Within our Erasmus project the implementation of this activity helps us to achieve objectives 1, 2, 3 and 11:

• To improve oral and written comprehension in English.
• To give security and autonomy to shy students who do not feel safe in face-to-face communication.
• To allow students of all nationalities to meet students from the countries participating in the project: Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
• To develop international skills by sharing our heritage among the communities of the participating schools.

Therefore, the cyber-guides are 18 students from 5th grade of Primary Education who will be preparing to be tourist guides in the city of Merida during the week of the Cybersecurity Congress (May 2021) as well as in previous activities that we will program during the next two years.

The activity has been received with great enthusiasm by the students. Although this type of activity has its own specific blog, from this one we will also report on the entire work process and the final products we obtain. In addition, on the right side of our blog we will put the logo for anyone who wants to know the aspects of the activity in greater depth.
